yellow watchman goby diet

Hi everyone, my watchman seems to be getting skinnier and skinnier. He gets
mostly formula 1 and 2, with algae soaked in selcon every other day, and
mysis shrimp once a week. I'm guessing I need a more meaty diet for him?

If he eats and gets skinnier and skinnier than I would feed him more...
Like every day, twice a day... Remember, in the ocean, it eats all the time.

I feed my watchman sliversides twice a week, just cut it up in small
peices, when i bought him he was yellow three years later he's all
white turns out he's a tiger watchman golby all white with three black
strips around his body and his bottom fin is blue. good luck.:)
