Help with Triton Marine

Hello All,

I have been a little nervous lately. I bought some sand and LR from
Triton Marine (http://www.liverocks.com/aboutus.html), and asked them
in my order form to contact me immediately. I received no call or
email reply, so I called them. I called yesterday and today, but no
response. I emailed as well, but no response there either. Maybe I was
a schmuck for not calling and talking to an actual person, but I've
dealt with other companies over the net and have had no problems. Has
anyone here dealt with them before? Are they just too busy to answer
email and phone calls?

My bad, I finally got in touch with them. They were pretty good about
everything, in fact there service and advice was great. Now I'm
waiting for the rock...
