If I was to setup a tank for the purpose of growing some coral cuttings what
would my lighting be and how deep should the tank be ?, I was hoping to
stick with fluro's and a shallow tank for now as it's cheaper to run.

This site is what prompted me to start thinking about doing it, but after
reading so much on that site I can't seem to put together the correct idea
in my mind as to what I need to start. They seem to show some large scale
stuff there. I am only interested trying it out, not going fully comercial,
so I want to go small.

What kind of coral cuttings are you talking about?

10" deep or less would be ideal, with good flow. If the corals are softies, VHO
lighting should be just fine.
