It looks like a sea pen to me.
Type that into a search engine and see if that is what it is. If so, it
will need to be ancored in the substrate and fed.

Can someone help me identify this Invertebrate? I caught it accidently while
scooping some sea water. It has this needle liked spike in the center. It
sometimes can bloat it body up to about 2-3 times it normal size.
