How do I get rid of these things? It seems to be multiplying. Please help.

You can do many things. A Copperband Butterfly fish will eat them. Kalkwasser
paste will kill them. Boiling water injected into them will kill them. A
dental tool will make it easier to pry them off one by one.

I killed at least 50 with boiling water injections and physical removal from the
rock.
