Do anemone crabs co-exists with clownfishes
or do they need an anemone for themselves?
I have one entmacea quadricolor and two maroons
and considering purchase of the anemone crab.
Do you think it is a good idea? Any experiences here?

hehe good luck :D

most clowns are ok with a crab sharing the anemone, maroons well id say 1/2 (but only
speaking out of 2 pairs ive tried it with) are ok, GSM's forget it(it never worked). ive
never seen them outright kill the crab, but ive seen them drag the crab across the tank,
bang it around, and otherwise keep the crab from the anemone, though neither the crab or
anemone need each other so a banned crab will do fine somewhere else.

Is it as bad? :-)

Are gold striped maroons a different species with white stripe maroons?
Mine are still juvenile, but I see slight golden tint on the stripes...
I was thinking I have some captive cross-breds between white and golden.

Yes, but it would not be good. The point is to have them in the anemone...
Are they any rules for matching crabs/anemones, similar to clowns/anemones?
