Anybody have a good place online to find a decent-but-reasonable-priced
wood canopy? Eventually looking for a few different size, but near-term,
something to fit a 29-gallon tank. TIA

IMNSHO, there is no good prices on wood canopies, especially when you
have to still p aya shipping. For the ost part a lot of the wood they
use is run of the mill poor grade lumber with top grade prices, and
they are made to a minimum. I wold look for a cabinet maker or a
carpenter locally and let them fabricate you one if your mot
especially handy with wood working tools. All they really are is a
box, and you can get as good of quality lumber form a builder supply
and sometimes they will even cut it for you at no charge. They are not
hard to build and you can certainly save some $$, especialy with
shipping etc.
