I just ordered some Metal Halide Lights... =)
I'll be upgrading my 75 gal reef to a 180 soon.
Champion Lighting is having a special this weekend..

I got 3 400watt BlueLine E-Ballasts with parabolic reflector and the 10000k
Blueline Bulbs for 269.80 each.
They actually have the E-Ballasts in stock which is pretty hard to find so I
am pretty excited. =)

Congrats Mort! ;).. What makes the E-ballast so special? Im an old school guy
( cap & coil) and have been playing with a few electronic ballasts, but they
are not as pricy as the e-ballasts.. more like $220 for a 400 retro.

That's a good questions Rod. Originally I was looking at premium aquatics
web site and their testamonial is what was making me lean in that direction.
I was interested in the CoralVue but I didn't care for the fact that it came
unwired and was brand new.
I've learned my lesson about buying things that are just released in to the
market =\
Other than that, it was the lack of choices for a 400 watt that was
electronic.
I definately wanted electronic for heat and electric bill issues as well.
Also, I was tired of waiting and researching. That was the best deal I had
seen on the E-ballast so I grabbed it =)
