Euroreef/ASM question

[Dan of New Jersey]

I have noticed that the filter on the output of this skimmer builds up
frequently with debris. I have an ASM. How often do people clean it, or have
you eliminated it completely. I suspect it has the potential to be nitrate
factory.

I clean mine as often as I clean and empty the skimmer cup on my EuroReef
CS6-1 which is usually 2X a week.

Thanks Lee, I didn't read anything in literature about time table to clean
but your strategy makes the most sense.
