Hi! I have a 55 gallon FOWLR, Jebo Protein skimmer and wet/dry filter. My
lighting is 2 - 55W 10k and 2 55W actinic blue PC. A/N/N is 0/0/15. What
type of corals can I keep? I am looking at mainly mushrooms and soft corals
that are hardy as I am new to the hobby. Is there a website where I can look
at what type of lighting mushrooms, soft and hard corals need so I can
purchase ones that will flourish in my tank? TIA.

Just research corrals before you buy them. Type the name into a search
engine and investigate the requirements.
Mushrooms are the obvious place to start, and most soft corals will do well
in this tank. Some LPS. Eventually a Bubble tip anemone.

Many online retailers have data about the species they carry:

Hi Fernan,
Visit my site and see what I'm keeping in my 29g. I had 2x55w PCs myself for a
while, and later added a third 55w bulb. Site is linked below.
Zoanthids, Xenia, Mushrooms, button polyps... all those will work. A leather
coral such as a Colt would be an easy hardy coral that grows nicely.
