I've just been on phone to System2000 to find out that the 150W MH bulb that
is in my unit is no longer available. it's a large Coralux single ended
10,000K bulb. I thought that it was about time that I replaced it, I phoned
and ordered and 4 days later the wrong bulb arrives (double ended). when I
phoned I was told that this was the standard fitting for the ALS150 unit but
one of my mates that bought at he same time as me has the same coralux bulb.
does anyone know where in the world I can purchase a replacement bulb or a
very similar bulb that will do the unit.
is it a case of binning the unit and buying a new one or at least one with a
double ended fitting.
which unit do you recommend, its for a 36" x 18" x 15" tank.
