UHMW plastic. Some people are using it as a replacement for their sandbed
so that the bottom of their tank still looks white.

The stuff is pretty expensive, machining and cutting the stuff is a dream,
similar to Delrin.

Here are some links about Starboard, they are not Reef related but
informative about the material and also talk about gluing Starboard,

a reef application, are you intending on building a tank out of it???, or as
