If it is fully cured you can. If it doesn't smell bad it should be OK.

If you have quarantine facilities you might want to think about that, since
you could introduce certain bad things.

a good way to quarantine rock is to place some small 4" blocks on the
base of quarantine tank put some muscle there then place egg crate on
top. All mantis, pistol shrimps, bristle worms etc will drop to feed at
night and wont be able to get back to the rock. Also when you by the
rock hold it and see if it feels dense for the size, if so try another
piece because to light the rock the more porouse and the better
denitrifacation, also better on the pocket. :)
