What kind of anemone are you considering?
There are some kinds do not need any light at all...

Bubble tip anemone is not extremely demanding - I keep mine in
30 US gallons under 2x96W power compact fluorescence (10kK+Actinic)
A couple of times per week feed it with some crustacean meat
(cocktail shrimp, krill, pieces of larger shrimps from grocery, etc)
and it hosts two juvenile maroon clowns...
After I put it in the tank it moved for a day and one night, but
after it found the spot it is sitting in the same place since then.
I have it since November 2003, it is about 3-4 times larger now.
Took darker beige color with greenish tint when you look from the angle.
Beautiful color composition with dark maroon clownfishes...
