Hello all,
How many inverts (snails, shrimp and hermits) can I safely put in a 12
gallon tank? I have 5# of live rock and 5# of live sand already in
place. I'm not going to add any fish or other inverts (corals, etc.).
Thanks,
Angel

up to maybe 20. A mix of all would be best.
1 or 2 of each would possibly be enough.

So, my choices of 3 Bumblebee snails, 2 Turbo snails, 2 Redtip Dwarf
Hermits, 2 Camel Shrimp and 2 Peppermint Shrimp should do well?
What order should I put the critters in, so that the tank adjusts before
the next addition? I was thinking the snails first, followed by the
hermits and lastly the shrimp. Is this correct?
Also, will the live rock and live sand cycle the tank enough that I can
start adding the snails without losses?
Sorry for all the questions, I just want to make sure I do it correctly
and not risk losing any of my inverts.
Thanks,
Angel
