Here goes my help: do not buy products you do not know ingredients.
All reputable manufacturers include a list of ingredients on the bottle.
If there is no such list the manufacturer has something to hide...
.... and I am not buying it. To put something in your tank you do not
know what is inside the bottle is just plain crazy idea....

I'm using it. "The Jury is still out" at this point. It may be
working, but my aptasia seem to keep coming back (or reseeding my tank).

I have used it seceral times and it wipes out the problem almost immediately
without disturbing anything else in the reef. Unfortunaltely I agree that it
does keep coming back

I prefer natural solutions to problems in reef...
And such natural solution to Aiptasia is Peppermint shrimp.
Shrimp does not eat large, adult Aiptasia - those you need
to kill yourself, but the shrimp will pick all the small
ones which are imposible to spot with a human eye and these
are the cause for the big ones coming back out of nowhere.

If you have very large aiptasia problem get dozen or two
of these shrimps - they will eat aiptasia and then you can
give shrimps away to another reefer or back to the store.
Keep one or two just in case for posible future contaminations with
aiptasia when you bring another piece of live rock or somethig.

I have introduced two peppermint shrimps into my tank infested
with aiptasia and for a several months I have not spot a single
aiptasia anemone in my tank.

I added 9 Peppermints about two weeks ago, and I hope they are helping.
It is too soon to tell for now.

I'll bet they help Marc, I've used the peppermints twice, and although I
never saw them eat an aiptasia, the aiptasia was totally gone within a week
or two,

I used Joes Juice for the first time today. It appears to work
extremely well. I tried injecting with Stop Aptasia
which was difficult to do and did not work very well. Like cynobacteria,
I think this is a difficult beast
to conquer. You may kill all the big ones but there are many times more
that you can't see until they grow
up. Personally I think the only way to win is to keep at it constantly
until you have reduced the population
to zero. The larger ones behind the reef must continue to reproduce. At
first use of the juice I am inpressed. We will see.
The buggers were reaching critical mass in my tank so I had to do
something new to stem the tide.

Those little one, you will need natural way like shrimp / crab and or fish
etc that will consume algae. I use mainly peppermint shrimp to keep small
algae in check. Algae will never go away if food is add to feed your fish.
The only time algae will or might go away if nutrient is not available to
promote growth.

I agree. However, if you allow aptaisia to get ahead of you the will
eventually reach a level where they take over. At that point you need
to do something more proactive to bring it under control again. I have
been down this road with hair algae, and cyno and now aptaisia
