How much live rosk fro 29 gal?

I know the answer depends on the grade of rock, as Fiji tends to be
less dense, etc. But I'd like to get a ballpark estimate of what you
think would be suitable.

Also, I'd be curios to know what your recommendations are for the best
source of mail-order rock. (I live in LA.)
