The BBC has reported that a Taiwanese company has genetically
engineered an ornimantal fish to glow in the dark (there's a picture
on the Web site). Bring on the "Franken-fish!"

The fascinating thing is that strong interest is shown in the UK, where they
go absolutely bonkers
about GM foods! Practically every restaurant and market has signs 'No
Genetically Modified Foods'....

Strong interest in the fish and the science behind the way it's done. Not so
much interest in actually purchasing them though!
