why not pick up a cheap 30 litre wine brewing drum for a tenner and
put the fish in that to finish off their treatment - since its wine
brewing you don't need to worry about the plastic giving off nasty
stuff and it make a good size container for a weekly water change,

the aquarium can wait a day or two, its not absolutely have to be
today... I will move them to a glass jar in a day or so because my
nephew's wants the aquarium so im gonna fix it up for them... the real
question is when can i transport the ones i want to keep to the new
aquarium ? (the others goes to the newphews) without risking
contamination ?

im more or less newbie, so maybe its trivial, but im not sure whats the
right answer...

thanks alot
