Sadly no. Not to worry though the bacteria is everywhere. Ordinary
plant roots are a good source. As are aquarium plants. The bacteria is
also in the air. I cycled a tank with nothing to seed it.

No, the bacteria from a sal****er tank is a different species. You don't
"need" to seed a tank, the bacteria exist in the air and on your skin, but
seeding a tank makes it much faster. You can get the bacteria from plant
roots (shake a bit of dirt off the roots). Most aquarium stores will give
you a handful of gravel form an established tank.

You don't need to seed, but seeding would make the process faster.
