ghost shrimp question

How long is the gestation period for ghost shrimp? I have a gravid female
who's been carrying eggs for about a week now and was just wondering when to
expect the young. Is there anything special I need to do to insure these
little guys live to keep my "tank maids" going for another generation?
Tank stats:
55g moderately planted with swords, moneywort, pennywort, java fern and
moss, a red melon, micro sword and some indica.
Stocked with platys, corys, tetras, hatchet fish and a dwarf gourami.

The eggs will hatch in 7-10 days. With those other tankmates, the survival
of any fry will be a longshot.
Given a separate nursery tank, with lots of plants, the larvae are fairly
easy to raise on normal fish fry foods.
