I'm thinking of getting around 10 of these but before I buy I was wanted to know if they are 'escape artist'. Do they climb up the air hoses and 'leap for freedom'? 55g community tank. Couldn't find this particular question anywhere. Also will my blue grayfish eat them?
Thanks, Bob

I have no idea about the "grayfish" (I assume you mean "crayfish") eating
them but I've had one of these little guys for almost a month now and it
hasn't even made a move to escape. Then again my tank is sealed pretty
tight. I've noticed that it won't eat flakes though. I feed it frozen brine
shrimp and bloodworms which it seems to enjoy. BTW I made a frozen food
feeder from one of those pots you get at Petsmart when you buy plants and a
wine cork. Just put the frozen food cubes in the pot and shove the cork in
the top and it floats at the top of the tank and allows the fish plenty of
room to get at the food as it thaws. When they have cleared out the food I
just remove the pot from the tank. The little froggy usually goes to the
bottom of the tank right under my homemade feeder and waits until the fish
knock loose a chunk of bloodworms which he guards ferociously from the fish
and ghost shrimp :)
