If he is constipated, Epsom Salt sometimes helps. 1 teaspoon to each 5
gallons to start. The most that could help would be a total of 3
teaspoons per five gallons of tank water. good luck.

epsom salt in a fish tank?!? not that i am doubting you, i've just not heard that one before. what

Its a laxative.

Problem could also be internal worms.....

add some magnesium/sulphur to the water. It is an ingredient in many RO
water additives to give pure water some required minerals and salts.
