Whitespot

Hi all, i have 5 Neon Tetra`s with small like Dandruff
flakes on them and i am told by the fish shop its Whitespot,
So i have some Interpet Anti WhiteSpot Plus, This is all OK,
But the liquid is a deep bluey colour and i realise this will dye
the water in the tank,
But my Question is, For how long with the water remain this
way, or does that depend on the amount of water changes
i do ? Also if i do a 20% change every second day after the
treatment week, will i need to clean the Filter each and
every time ?

If its anything like the stuff I use made by Waterlife don't worry
about it, although avoid splashing anything white, as it will stain.
The water clears pretty quickly

What you must do however is take any carbon filters you have in your
tank out, when the course of treatment is finished then stick in a
carbon filter for a couple of weeks which will remove the medicine

Be aware, if you have any loaches in your tank you will need to reduce
the dosage

I've also read that turning up the heat and adding some salt helps
with the treatment
