One of my female Neon Dwarf Rainbowfish has a small "spongy" growth right
where her left pectoral fin connects to her body. It's not huge, but it is
big enough that she doesn't have full range of motion. Anybody have any
ideas on the problem and or the treatment? All other fish are fine and
water tests ok too.

Sort of yellowish grey.

must admit I'm not sure what this could be. Might be an idea to quarauntine
this fish, and ensure it gets high quality water.
