yeah, I know I shouldn't buy a fish the shop don't know what is, and I don't
know what is, but they were pretty :-)

Anybody know what it is?

Look like Dwarf pencilfish. Though with a bit
more red than normal.

It's Nannostomus mortenthaleri :-) - Coral Red Pencil Fish.

The guys at http://www.aquaticquotient.com identified it for me.

Looks like what we call a glowlight tetra. Don't know its scientific
name tho.
