I have 12 tiger barbs and a few cory's in a tank in my office. I have to
move the tank to a new location. No biggie, I have 3 tanks to move actually
and this is the smallest one. This one however is in a larger very heavy
bookcase/file cabinet. The others on their own stands and will be torn down,
moved and set back up in short order. These fish may have to be in some
temporary housing for several hours and possibly overnight.

I am thinking of using a small cooler to keep them in. The tank is heavly
planted, so I am thinking of putting in a large Java fern to give them
somewhere to hide and because plants will use the ammonia (natrual filters).
Install an airstone for areation.

I don't see this as a problem but thought I would get some input. Anyone see
anything I have not thought of?

I have done similar for up to a week. Several barbs and some neons. I did
small water changes daily in spite of the mass of anacharis I put in. They
weren't too happy, but they came out fine.
