food for cichlids

I try to give my cichlids a good variety of food, I feed them the allways
popular Tetra cichlid sticks plus Omega one, cichlid attack, flozen brine
shrimp, frozen blood worms, and of course live minnows. I stay away from
feeder goldfish, they allway seem to have a fungus or something thats not
good for my fish. So far my fish have maintianed a good colour and never had
a sickness, they seem very happy.

Thanks for sharing your food list with us Sean.
Would it be possible to tell us what types of cichlids you're keeping? This
would prevent newbies from thinking it'd be a good idea to feed their Mbuna
or Tropheus on a similar diet.
