This is sort of a follow up to my previous message (Water Change Pump
Recommendations). First, here are the requirements ... pump 15G of water up
4 feet in about 5 minutes. This will only be done once a week (ie: pump
runs for 5 mins a week). So here's some of the pumps I've looked at:

Rio Aqua 1400 - 243gph@4ft - $22
Quiet One 1200 - 200gph@4ft - $25
Via Aqua 1300 - 190gph@4ft - $18
Mag 3 - 270gph@4ft - $39

I've read quite a lot of bad reports about the Rio pumps, so I'm thinking
I'm gonna stay away from those, unless they've changed and are good now.
I've also read a few bad things about the Quite One, however, I've also read
good things about it, so I'm not too sure. I haven't been able to find too
much info about the Via Aqua pumps, but the 1300 fits my needs perfectly, so
I'm especially interested in feedback about these guys. And then there's
the Mag pumps, which a lot of people recommend, however, the price is almost
double of the other ones, and it's hard to justify that price for a pump
that runs 5 minutes a week.

Thanks for all the feedback, greatly appreciated,
Harry

See my earlier response, this is the one you want. And, it is the cheapest!
How about that!?
