[Pic] Ever see a Pl*co like this

[Computer Prog]

I got a new pl*co last week and I've never seen one that looks like
this. He has bumps all over his body. Has anyone seen one like this
before? Could he be sick?

Irregular bumps on lips too? Doesn't look normal so it is probably some
kind of disease. Its belly looks slightly bloated as well.
