There is no set number. Many questions. What kind of aquarium? Hex?
Rectangular? What kind of filtration? The better your filtration is, the
safer it is for the fish. What kind of fish? Obviously, if you get a Common
Pleco, you won't be able to put much in with him since they top out at 13
inches, and so forth.
The oft-accepted rule is one (adult size) inch of fish per gallon. This
is an acceptable guideline. Variables abound.

It's a rectangular aquarium. Filter is FLUVAL3plus. I just wanted like a
guideline...... lol... so like 25inches of fish.....so I got 2 big
plecos(2x7inches) so another 11 inches of fish.......hmmm....

Most Pleco's grow rapidly. I'd say 2-7 inch pleco's are too much for that
aquarium, or soon will be. Imagine living your whole life in your bathroom.

The plecos will eat up the remaining space in time. I'd take one back
for starters, maybe both and get one smaller one.

Then you'll have room to think about adding more fish...

What is the max body size of those Plecos?
Some get 12" or so. You'd already be at 24"...so with those choices...you're
done. = )
