Food for large tinfoils

[Dinky]

I have 5 4-5 inch tinfoil barbs, which for now I am feeding flake, frozen
bloodworm and, discovered on accident, small cichlid pellets. What foods can
you reccomend for these guys as they increase in size?

Zucchini held down by a weight. Bottom feeder tablets. Spirulina
sticks. Algae wafers. Shrimp & Krill. Bigger cichlid pellets.
