Anyone know of the URL for Interpet UK?

After using their Number 8 solution for some mouth rot which was added to
the tank on Saturday, for one of my Rainbows that had mouth rot , the water
suddenly clouded up over night and all of my fish are dead with their skin
covered by some sort of slime. The treatment was not even complete as I ran
out of the solution and needed to get some more.

Just need to check with the manufacturers website the guidelines to try to
work out what went wrong! £100 of Rainbows in the bin tonight ;o(

I've not found one - I can't find one for many medications that I
want to read more on, so I guess they don't bother.

This is also my experience with this product.
The tank goes milky after a day or so and the
bubbles from an airstone get very fine.
I've tried it a couple of times and I've ended
up doing massive water changes both times to
get the tank to clear. I was treating Guppies for
finrot in a hospital tank and the first time I thought
I'd done something wrong. The second time I
just assumed I got a bad batch. The water changes
seemed to cure the Guppies anyway.
It contains 2-phenoxyethanol which is an aesthetic.

My water is very soft which may have something
to do with it.

Interesting Graham, the water went cloudy after two days so I done a partial
water change then on day four I lost the all of the fish. Weird? As per
the instructions the solution was mixed with a litre of warm until it
dissolved so not sure what went wrong. PS I am in a very hard water area of
the UK.

Damn you Interpet! I'll swap you a water sample for 15 new Rainbows!!
