Do the reserch into the dwarf frogs: thay can get fairly big, even though
they are not as big as their non-dwarf relatives. apparently the males
eventually get to the point where they call out, which can be fairly loud,
even under water. My mom had one and it eventually got big enough that it
ate her corydora: which stiffened it's dorsal spine in defense, got stuck in
the frog's mouth, and then they drowned. Frogs love to eat fish. but they
are super cool pets if you can want the challenge.

my wife had some, they did make noise... she heard them and so did her
cat!!!
like I said... she HAD some....

Yes. aparently i posted wrong. this was supposed to relate to a question
somebody asked somewhere about "dwarf frogs" in the tank. I assumed
african. they are neat. Sorry for the dead frogs, but congrats to the cat
for catching them! *grin*
