Sick, Pregnant, or Both?

Hi,

I've only been keeping fish for a few months now, so I've been
anxiously awaiting my first batch of fry. I was delighted when my
favorite fish, a molly named Spot, began to swell. That was well over
a week ago, and since then she has ceased to eat or poop and she
spends long periods of time floating almost vertically with her face
near the gravel. A few days ago I saw a trail of something white from
her posterior, which makes me fear some intestinal infestation (I have
been treating with Paragon II since then, with no change in behavior).
She has a flattened ventral surface and has become quite large,
which makes me think it may be a normal pregnancy. Nonetheless, the
white stuff and the length of time she has gone without eating (as far
as I know) make me nervous for her. The other fish are fine. Water
is changed (30%) twice a week, 80F, pH 7.5, 1 Tbsp. salt/3.5 gallons.
Should I just wait it out, or is there something I can do? I really
like this fish and I hate to see her obviously in discomfort. Any
suggestions?
