I would like to add a fish to my tank than can get along with my guppies and
tetras but would eat the guppie fry. Some people recommend me swordtail but
i was thinking if it is any other alternative....maybe a cichlid...a
peacefull one???? Silver Dollar?

A Silver Dollar would get too large and might eat your Guppies. You are
looking for a fish which has a bigger mouth than a Guppy, is a
carnivore/omnivore and will not grow large enough to be a predator to the
adult Guppies. There are many choices, and success will depend on their
relative sizes, the size of your tank, and how it's sheltered. Some
possibilities: Scissortail tetras, Congo tetras, Phantom tetras, Black
Skirt tetras, various Gouramis, some barbs/sharks would fit the
description, cichlids (Keyhole, Rams, Kribs etc), Pearl/Zebra/Giant
danios, Mollys etc.
The Silver Dollar is a herbivore, but most herbivores are not strict
vegetarians, and are quite opportunistic. If a meal fits in their mouth,
that often meets their feeding criteria.

to get ride of the snails you usually need a loach of some sort, they might
eat the guppy fry as well but i'm not entirely sure

As Laura said, various loaches are snailers. Clown loaches are good
snailers but grow quite large. I use Yoyo loaches, but their efficiency
as snailers varies. Zebra loaches are supposed to be better snailers
than Yoyos. ymmv There are other fish which are snailers as well, such
as many cichlids.
