Can anyone tell me if there is an adapter out there to take the tubing
that comes standard with my 2026 Eheim filter to a standard US size as
is needed for the Fluidized bed filter that I'll be plumbing in line
after it? The tubing included is the 16/22mm. I would like to run
the output of the Eheim to a T junction to split the water off to the
Fluidized bed and possibly a UV sterilizer on the other. Both would
take other sizes of tubing. Any thought are much appreciated. Thanks
in advance.

You should be able to used a standard size barbed fitting with a stainless
steel hose clamp.

Unless the thing you need to connect it to is a way different size the Eheim
tubing is pretty flexible & will stretch - especially if you stick it in
boiling water for a minute or so first.
