wood shrimp vs ghost shrimp vs snails?

I was at a local fish store today and was told that wood shrimp eat
snails. Has anyone heard of this?

Do ghost shrimp and wood shrimp get along?

I have a wood shrimp, which is a filter feeder. I don't see how it could eat
snails if it wanted to. I also have ghost shrimp (as feeders) and one
yellow Inca snail in a community tank and they don't even seem to notice
each other. Just my experience, but I hope it helps...
