Sick Fish

My largest Rainbow fish is acting oddly. Below are a list of his
ailments:

1. A wobble in the swim - not so extreme that he's going belly up, but
it's there...

2. Mouth constantly opening and closing. Almost a chewing action.

3. Suddenly skittish. When I wave my hand on one side of the tank,
all of the rainbows rush to that side. They follow movement very
closely. This one used to be the first to go after the hand, but now
he flees to the back of the tank, and stays out of the school.

What's going on? Is there anything I can do?

Hmmmm... that sound oddly similar to whatever it is that's decimated my
Melanotaenia praecox community. Out of 7, there's only 3 left. :(
Sorry I don't have any advise, but I can't figure out what it is that's
killing my fish. There are no obvious signs of disease at all (other
than the corpses).
