Dwarf Gourami Breeding

Hi, I have 2 dwarf gouramis. are there any "pre-bubblenest building
mating rituals"? Needless to say, the are Male and Female.

yeah, the male will chase/harass/flirt with the female, get her near the
bubble nest, twirl in circles for a minute, then he'll almost curve totally
around her and squeeze her, releasing her eggs, and that was all I saw... my
pearls did it twice, only saw it once... the male thrashed really hard and
the nest was gone....
