I had a jumbo molly die on me today, and I am at a total loss as to
why. It was fine (and pregnant) as of 2PM today. Sometime later, not
sure exactly when, it died. It's belly is pushed in about halfway to
it's back, and it has yellow streaks down the side.

Tank is a 50gal that has been up about 5 months. Recently(2 weeks ago)
treated with tetracycline(sp?) and have done 2 partial changes since
to purge the medication. All the other fish seem fine and happy.

Any ideas?

Brian

Some fish just die - same as people. Sometimes there is no explanation.

Yeah :-( sad to watch their lonely retreat. I have saved one or two
by putting them into my Q tank, but usually they just die. Even worse
I lost a breeding pair of Angelfish. They became disoriented, bumped
into the glass, swam upside down, it was pitiful.
