Angels have Fat Lips

All 3 of my angels have fat lips and one looks like a little fungus around
the mouth.

HELP

Any Idea what it is and what will fix it?

as my Angels are very aggressive among themselves I am always insolating and
treating for wounds. I have used Melafix with very good success.
