If your water test indicates that your ammonia & nitrites are zero, then
your tank is cycled and ready to go. Fish & plant selection is the fun
part. Research whatever looks good to you, for compatibility to your
fish and water conditions.
Any limitations with your current choices are:
Zebras: omnivore top feeder, adaptable to a variety of water conditions,
but very aggressive eaters, so getting food to slower fish can be
problematic, best kept in groups (schoolers).
Platys: omnivore, non-specialized top feeder, adaptable to a variety of
water conditions, but with a preference to harder alkaline water, best
kept with a higher ratio of females, livebearers, they drop about a dozen
fry a month.
Emerald green catfish (Corys or similar): omnivore (probably more
carnivorous) bottom-feeder, adaptable to a variety of water conditions,
but with a preference to soft acidic water, best kept in groups
(shoalers).
Look for fish which match your water (avoid fish from the extreme
opposite to what you have), and that don't get big enough to eat or
harass your community-type fish. Some possible choices would be from the
Tetra and Danio family, more Platys, Betta or Guppies, more catfish, some
Rainbows, various Gouramis etc.
