When I got home yesterday evening I noticed that the 2 new platys had
stubby partially missing fins. Then I saw Crazy Guppy (CG) swimming
along side one of the platys taking quick bites out of her fin. The
platy was swimming really fast trying to get away, but CG just kept
chasing and nipping. I grabbed my net and moved CG to the 10 G tank that
temporarily houses my 2 peacock eels.
So now I have one platy that is missing most of her right fin and one
that is missing most of her left fin. Maybe I should tie the two of them
together so they can swim straight (It's just a joke folks.)
Will the fins grow back? What should I add to the tank if anything for
medication? I have already added salt.
Thanks

Karen

If you have something like stresscoat that may help too (helps repair
damaged fins and reduces stress etc.)

Cheers
