My Tank Parameters are

Source : Well Water
ph: 7.6
KH: 15 dh
GH: 20 dh
Light 90Watts
Tank Size 200lit (approx 55 USGal)

Currently I have 4 zebra Danio and my tank is cycling. I am also
planning to have low light live plants with DIY CO2 injection. Suggect
me some varieties please. Most of them may not be available here
(South India) but I can get some.

Regards
Dominic

I would put money on it that if you put in Cichlids the Danio's may very
well be a eal for them eventually.. Have you thought about Barbs???
Although they might not be exotic to that part of the world... I am thinking
that there is a type of Cichlid native to that part of the world.. Most of
which are not seen through out the world of Aquatics..

I can definatly say Danios WILL survive wil Cichlids both SA and Africans. I
have had Danios with both for over 6 months. Each tank has 6 Danios
originally to cycle the tanks. They have managed to thrive in the tank with
the cichlids without losing a single fish.. I havn't even seen the Cichlids
chase them in about 2 months. I guess they figured out the can't catch them.
