Your fish might have pop eye or tuberculosis. You might want to look
at some books from the library or look up the symptoms of these two
diseases on the net. If your fish has either, I understand that it is
a good idea to separate the ill fish to a quarantine tank. Your
research sources will suggest treatment, but the ones I have read are
rather bleak in their prognostications.
