Lemon Tetra fish will not eat

Hi, I recently bought new Lemon Tetra fish... I've had them for about
a week and I have not seen them eat since.

I've tried feeding them the TetraMin Tropical Flakes, Tropical
Granules, and Bloodworms but they never ate them. My fish, however,
do not seem lethargic.

Does anyone know what kinda food I should try or why they will not
eat?

Have you called/visited the store where you bought them
and asked what they were feeding them?
