do you have a big air stone in the tank?

No big air stone. There is a pumice stone in there that used to have
java moss all over it until the fish removed it all.

I've recently moved house and took most of the paraphenalia out of the
tank. Apart from the pumice, there's a couple of plants and that's
about it.

Oh. The filter: it's a Juwel 70.
