I need a tank that will suit my peacock eels as they grow. They are
about 5 inches right now and I have them in a 10 gallon tank until I can
get one that's bigger.
Right now I have two 20 gallon tanks a one 10 gallon tank. I have 7
platies, 7 neons, 5 pepper cories, 2 gold algae eaters, 2 guppies, 2
peacock eels, a blue gourami, a tetra of some sort, a kuhli loach, and
24 assorted guppy and platy fry. A friend has agreed to take some of the
guppy fry in about 2 months.
I will continue to use one of the 20 gallon tanks as a
nursery/quarantine tank. What size tank would you recommend that I buy?
Do I need a 75 gallon or will a smaller tank work well for me? I don't
want to get a tank that's too big because it has to be able to fit in
our small living room. I can fit up to a 4 ft tank, but would I rather
it be a bit smaller.
