Compatibility Question

Do Cory's and Rainbow Sharks get along in your aquarium? I plan on
upgradeing my 30G to a 60 in the next few months and I have the shark in the
30 and Cories in my 10G. I was thinking of incorporating all my fish into
the big tank. My concern is the aggression of the shark. The Rainbow tends
to harass my Bala sharks occasionally but will leave the bigger fish alone.
I'm afraid that the cories would be picked on because they are smaller and
competeing for the same space/food source.
I know some of you have these fish together in the same tank.... any
thoughts? problems?

not a good mix Mar. Rainbows and Cories are both bottom feeders and the
rainbow can be quite aggressive. I just got rid of both of mine that I had
for a couple of years. The older and bigger they got the meaner they got
harassing everything. I also have a red tail shark that is bigger in a tank
full of Tiger Barbs and some larger Tetras and although he occasionally
takes a run at them he does not seem to be as aggressive as the Rainbows
were , even though one would think differently.
